Amy Sandler is a professional speaker, corporate mindfulness trainer and executive coach. She first learned meditation as a freshman at Harvard College and picked it up again at Harvard Business School in the mid-90s. While her MBA classmates were getting jobs (and stock options) in something called “the internet,” Amy moved to LA – and, like any self-respecting Angeleno – got an MFA in Screenwriting from UCLA and deepened her practice of yoga and meditation.
With more than 20 years in senior roles in organizations including YPO, UCLA and Vistage, Amy is also a certified breathwork meditation teacher, five-time firewalker and one of the first 30 certified teachers of the Search Inside Yourself program.
Amy currently teaches mindfulness and emotional intelligence to leaders and executives around the world as a Vistage speaker, is a coach for Radical Candor, and a featured mindfulness teacher on the Simple Habit app.

Ana Maria’s more than 20 years in finance, accounting and project management afford her an insider perspective into the unique challenges 21st century management teams face. In today’s over-connected world – where burnout is high and many suffer from digital fatigue – Ana Maria offers key insights into how meditation can benefit both individuals and businesses.
During her two decades in senior roles at start-ups and large multi-national companies, including Levi Strauss & Co. and PricewaterhouseCoopers, she has personally experienced how a daily meditation practice, and keen understanding of emotional intelligence, can help individuals recharge their minds while accelerating their careers.
Ana Maria teaches meditation, mindfulness and yoga at Claremont Colleges in Los Angeles, is a certified yoga instructor, and is completing her master’s thesis in Yoga Studies at Loyola Marymount University. She is a certified teacher of Search Inside Yourself, a Certified Mindfulness Facilitator from UCLA’s Semel Institute and is qualified to teach the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course by the University of Massachusetts Medical School, Center for Mindfulness.
