2- Day, 1-Day, and ½ day modules
Eight 90-minute sessions an 8-week period
Eight-week (2 hour sessions) evidence-based program that offers secular, intensive mindfulness training to assist people with stress, anxiety, depression and pain.
Developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1979 at the UMASS Medical School.
